CNN Commentator Enrages Chinese by Calling them 'Thugs'

I believe he was addressing the Chinese government, and that has nothing to do with Chinese people as a whole. He needs to clarify and apologize, but not to the extent you people deem it should be taken.

Well, it goes like this: one white guy on TV sees all Chinese as the same, so another Chinese on OffBeatAsia sees all white people as the same. Then in response another White?/American? on the same site in turn sees all Chinese as the same and no doubt after reading all this some other Chinese offline somewhere think all Americans are the same. And so around and around we go so that its an eye for an eye until the whole world goes blind. For homework everybody should ponder the concepts of anthropomorphism and anthropodenial and write a 1,000 words essay on how we view the world. Class dismissed.

what was CNN thinking when they invited this guy to the show to express his opinion. Poor choice indeed. And now its biting cnn in the butt. diversity of opinion is good an all, but is it really that important to invite a fool like jack cafferty to the show.
