Nyotaimori (Japanese: &22899;&20307;&30427;&12426;, "female body presentation"), often referred to as "body sushi or naked sushi", is the practice of eating sashimi or sushi from the body of a nearly naked woman.

A few years ago, when American's first body sushi restaurant opened in Chicago, the feast on flesh costs about $500 dollars a person, and is served to a small party of four to six people.

"It's a taboo, everybody wants to do taboo," restaurant owner said, "but no nakedness, it has been done in a very classy way, model' private parts have been covered, so that no food touches the model’s skin."
